Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy details the terms and conditions for refunds on our services, which include digital marketing, web development, branding, and other professional solutions.

Service Cancellation

You may be eligible for a refund depending on the timing of your cancellation request and the status of the project. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to business@expandimo.com and must include your name, contact information, and the service agreement or invoice number.

  • Initial Cancellation: If you cancel a service within 24 hours of making the initial payment, you are eligible for a full refund, provided that no work has commenced on the project.
  • Cancellation After Work Commenced: If work has already begun on your project, any refund will be prorated based on the portion of the work completed. The refund will cover only the remaining, uncompleted portion of the service.
  • Monthly Service Fees: For ongoing monthly services (e.g., social media marketing, SEO), cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period once it has begun.

Non-Refundable Fees

Please be aware that certain fees and costs are non-refundable. These include:

  • Fees for work that has been fully completed and delivered to you.
  • Consultation, strategy, or setup fees specifically noted in your service agreement.
  • Third-party costs and expenses incurred on your behalf for the project (e.g., software licenses, advertising spend, stock photos).

Resolution of Service Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service delivered, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include corrective work or an alternative resolution, before a refund is considered

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to business@expandimo.com We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
