6. Requests for Absolute Clearance

Please follow our guidelines as outlined in the policy headed “Removal of Information” if you want any of your personally identifiable information (PII) held on Expandimo Platform to be permanently deleted. Please contact us if you have any questions about such removal.

7. Tracking and Cookies

While you are engaging in an Agreement with The Expandimo to give your information to us, we do employ contractors, web hosts, and other third parties to help us out. These individuals and organisations also enable you to access the Platform.

We may assign our right to gather, access, utilise, and disseminate your information to third parties when providing our services to you. 

Therefore, it is essential that you provide any third parties we work the same rights set forth in this privacy policy as you do for us. As a result, you hereby agree that you hereby grant to any third party that we may employ, contract with, or otherwise retain the services for the purpose of operating, maintaining, repairing, or otherwise improving or preserving our website or its underlying files or systems, the same permissions that you hereby grant to us in this Privacy Policy.

You consent to the possibility of us disclosing your information to law enforcement upon receiving a court order. Links to third-party websites that may include information over which we have no control may be posted on the Platform by Expandimo or other users. When using our Platform to access a third-party website, you recognise that we have not reviewed it for security or privacy concerns, and you release us from any liability for the behaviour of these third-party websites.

We use both physical and electronic protections to protect your information in a reasonable manner. Because of this, we employ SSL certificates to increase the security of our platform. We cannot, however, guarantee the security or privacy of your information because this is the Internet. For this reason, we advise you to take security and privacy precautions such as using firewalls, anti-virus software, and regular credit checks.

12. Age Compatibility

We don’t assemble or handle any data from anyone under the age of 18. Please stop using our Platform and do not send any information to us if you are under the age of 18. Instruction and Platform Upgrades – We may utilise your PII to (1) train our staff or contractors so they can use the Platform more effectively, and/or (2) enhance the Platform.

Expandimo does not disclose any of your PII to any third parties for any purposes other than those specified in this Privacy Notice, with the exception of those third parties we use to help us handle your data. All Data Processors have signed legally binding contracts with us to guarantee that your PII rights are upheld.

19. Eradication Of Your Data

At Expandimo, we respect your right to privacy as well as your ability to access and manage your personal data. This policy has been put in place so that you can ask for the permanent deletion of any personal data kept on Expandimo.

Please get in touch with us and adhere to the instructions in this policy if you want any of your personal information that is saved on Expandimo Platform to be deleted. You must list the specific pieces of information you want deleted with each request for removal. Please be advised that removal requests do not always get handled right away. Any requested information may be processed and deleted with an allowable delay.
